Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing from American HiFidelity Co., LLC ("American HiFidelity," "us," "we," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.

Pricing and Availability:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is subject to stock and manufacturing schedules. We will notify you if a delay occurs.

Payment:
Payments must be made in full before products are shipped. We accept major credit cards and payment gateways as listed on our checkout page.

Warranty Policy

Coverage:
American HiFidelity Co. cables are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims:
If a defect is found within the warranty period, please contact us at support@american-hi-fidelity.com with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Warranty coverage includes free labor; customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is due to defective craftsmanship or materials.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, or any alterations to the original product.

Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, even if you've tested the cables in your audio setup. Returned items must still be in good condition and include all original packaging.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact support@american-hi-fidelity.com for return authorization instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if products are returned damaged, missing packaging, or clearly misused.

HiFidelity Upgrade Plan

Upgrade Your Experience:
Exchange your used Shed Series cables for 50% of their original retail price toward a new pair of our Craftsman Flagship cables.

Conditions:
Trade-in cables must be in good working condition and free from significant damage. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the upgrade exchange.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times:
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted for custom or backordered items.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

International Shipping:
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Privacy Policy
